Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when subscribing to ChangeAnyWhere. This policy explains how billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds work. When checkout opens, the payment partner and its role will be identified before payment. Refunds are issued through that partner to the original payment method.

1. Subscription and Billing Cycle

Monthly plan: USD $9.90, billed every month on your subscription date.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle until you cancel. The renewal charge uses the payment method held by the payment partner identified on your receipt.
Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your billing country.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee:

Open the subscription portal using the link in the App or purchase email. The exact provider and cancellation path are shown before payment.
Log in with the email address you used at purchase.
Select your subscription and choose cancel.

If you have any trouble accessing the portal, email us at baohm623@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Effect of cancellation: your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation. When the paid period ends, your license key is deactivated.

3. 14-Day Refund for New Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a ChangeAnyWhere subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date — for example, if the app does not work with your device setup and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

To request a refund, email baohm623@gmail.com from your purchase email address, including your order reference or license key and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on the payment partner and your bank and will be confirmed when the refund is issued. Refunding a purchase deactivates the associated license key.

4. Renewal Charges

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. However, if you believe a renewal was charged in error — for example, you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund erroneous charges.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refund requests in cases of abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, violations of our Terms of Service, or chargebacks filed instead of contacting support. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
